The smart watch works with the FitPro app, available on Apple and Android.  These watches do work as we have tested them.  It’s easier to manage the watch through the FitPro app.  The watch has a lot of functionalities, but they aren’t the easiest to manage through the watch.  I’m just being as transparent as possible.  It will track your steps, distance, calories, heart rate and blood pressure, among other things.  If you’re looking for a high quality smart watch, this is not what you want.  If you are just looking to keep track of the basics and don’t want to spend much, then this is for you.  

When the watch arrives, you’ll need to plug it into a usb charging block, plugged into power to charge it.  Took about 20 minutes to charge the one I tested.  While it is charging, run to the app store and install the FitPro app.  Once you have the app installed, you will pair the watch to the app.  It should show up as “WATCH” in the list of devices.  Once paired everything will sync up.  

It definitely takes some time to figure things out. Like I said, it’s not a Fitbit or Apple watch.  If you want something of high quality, use one of those brands.
